Another Recorder Karate Post
Ok so here is another post about a product many of use are using. Recorder Karate. Such a great motivational tool. I created this bulletin board/wall display to help get my students pumped and excited about playing their recorders. Students can see where they stand within the "dojo" and they love looking for their little person. Of course I get plenty of reminders... "uhm Mr. Parker I'm on red not purple" Be prepared to spend time updating their progress as they move down the wall!!

Some of you might have seen this chart floating around on Pinterest. My buddy Mrs. Chandler over at Mrs. Chandler's Music Room and I spent the afternoon Friday working on some more anchor charts to share. Here is a chart we collaborated on for helping students who want to learn new recorder songs on their own.
